Elevations Community Outreach is proud to
present the 3nd Annual Indiana Avenue Blues
& Bar-B-Q Family Reunion Festival to be
held on the grounds of Indiana Avenue between
the historic Madame Walker Theatre Center
and the Indianapolis Urban League.  ECO
will bring blues back to Indiana Avenue,
For decades Indiana Avenue has represented
the history, heritage and achievements of
African Americans in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Elevations Community Outreach is excited to
host this rising event.  It’s a rebirth of the glory
days of Indiana Avenue.  In its heyday, known as
“Funky Broadway,” Indiana Avenue was home
to thriving black businesses and a vibrant
music scene.
